CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans may change. To respect our time and other guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Online cancellations are not available within 24 hours of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule within this time frame, please text (678) 871-7772. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service cost, and your deposit will be forfeited.
